I've made 300 and should like to ask you another fun, and oh so thought provoking question.

What is your favorite thing to eat? Yes, I love food! A little too much. My favorite is Mexican food, particularly a nice big chicken burro, enchilada style with cheesy rice on the side

Yummy! Great minds think alike - that sounds great to me too :) I'm a big Mexican food fan too, but my favorite, oh so guilty pleasure is the Sonoran hot dog - that's a hot dog, wrapped in bacon on a great fresh made bun with beans, salsa, and the whole nine yards on top - it's the best!

I get them at El Guaro Canelo - there's one on south 12th and they just got on on Oracle, just north of Grant - it's just a little hot dog stand thing there. Perhaps our next outing should be a hot dog fest :)

My absolute all-time favorite food to eat is shrimp scampi, if it's made with a garlic/white wine sauce. I have my recipe nearly perfected, but I only eat it on special occasions.

Mexican comes in a very close second. I am a huge fan of the Super Jumbo burritos from Taco Del Mar. Yum yummy.

I think my all time favorite food is spaghetti, but it has to be made just right...

And I also love Mexican! :D Who doesn't?

In fact, I ate some today and JUST NOW realized..... that I left my to-go box sitting on the table. Dang!

Gotta be pasta! Angel hair first choice, topped with shrimp with a little garlic and butter. Yum!

I sense a garlic, butter and shrimp theme here. I can't argue with those choices, pretty darn good!

Jessica, I'm so sad for you, leaving your To go box, the horror of it! I've had that sinking feeling before too. I feel as though I've been robbed, violated even. I imagine a smug busser throwing away my yummy goodies.

So is anyone's favorite Curry? As a child, my mother curried just about everything we ever ate. She was born and raised in Bombay and would buy her various curries from India direct. I ate curried burgers, curried chicken, curried liver, curried rabbit.........You get the idea. I must say that I'm no longer a curry fan.

Curry Liver?! I think I'd be over curry too LOL We did have it though growing up - my parents had some really good friends from India and she taught my mom to make it. But, mainly just curry chicken, not anything quite as exotic as curry liver :) Now I mostly just like red curry - the Thai variety.

Oh pizza, you had to mention that! I could eat pizza almost everyday. A new favorite of mine is a white pizza with chicken, spinach, white sauce, and topped with black olives and slices of fresh tomato.

Can I take back that whole statement? LOL! I just read an article about obesity in America and Texas is at the top. Here is a quote from the article:
Based on the new calculations, Texas and Mississippi have the highest rates of obesity (about 30 percent for men and 37 percent for women). Perhaps it's the tasty Tex-Mex and preference for meat and potatoes? Montana and Colorado earn top honors for the lowest rates of obesity. Only 16 percent of women in Montana are obese (21 percent of men) and only 18 percent of men in Colorado are obese (24 percent of women).

I could eat Mexican every day. And every now and then, I just get a hankering for a big bowl of brown beans and cornbread (you can't take the girl out of the country...).

They are not allowed to eat ... except on holidays and special occasions!
