Any LOST fans out there?

I was thinking that it would be cool to try to make some digital art with the map that Locke saw when the lights went out.

Please Robyn, don't get me addicted to making digital LOST art. My obsession with LOST has already taken over too many aspects of my life LOL!

Who am I kidding. I can't resist. That's definitely a cool idea. www.lost-media.com surely must have a screencap of the map. They always have great images and a lot of them are pretty decent in terms of size and quality for working with. I know cuz I've downloaded and ton and played with them :) When I was first starting out experimenting with Photoshop last year I practiced by making desktop wallpapers. So I made a whole bunch of LOST ones. That whole show is just loaded with inspiration for art! :D

I don't want to start another 'craze' like with Space Babe but I dare say it might make a good theme for an ATC challenge. If there are enough LOST fans of course . . .

I stopped watching TV when I started digiscrapping so I am just going to get it on DVD. I think Ana Lucia was holding Sayid hostage and then she broke down and saw Jack - you know the doctor guy. I think that's the last episode I watched so i don't remember anything about Locke and a map...

Anyway I love Lost, 24 and Desperate Housewives, all of which I'm going to catch on DVD.

Maybe we could do our art dolls interacting w/Lost Characters and having new adventures (maybe they're the real 'others')! Or how bout a little romance w/Jack or Sawyer?

I LOVE Lost!! I actually picked a fight with my dh when he accidentally cut off the final 5 minutes of an episode on our dvd recorder!! Poor guy!! I can't watch it in real time because I teach during that hour...

Maybe you've heard of it already but I just discovered this really cool Lost website. It's called Lostpedia (http://www.digitalartquirks.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=299&cat=500&ppuser=24) and it's like the wikipedia of all things Lost. It has all the details, clues and theories in bullet form for every character, event, plotline, etc. on the show. Really really cool if you're a geek like me and like to read up on these things once in a while. :D

Since I'm such a big LOST geek I was really curious about this I went and did some homework for you and found out that LOST does indeed play in the Netherlands. It started in February 2005. So that means the first season should be over and maybe you can get it on DVD soon :D

You can get Lost season 1 on DVD from E-bay if they don't sell it in Holland. What is funny is I was not interested in it until the reruns came on and then I was hooked. Each episode is packed with clues and flashbacks so its better to watch the DVDs and get all the details.

I started watching Lost last year, before TIVO, and kept missing episodes. I mentioned to my husband that there were a lot of Lost fans on the board, so he comes home with a DVD of the first season.
So, now we're doing Lost marathons every night. We'll watch three episodes back to back. Last night, Claire was kidnapped by Ethan.
Who knows? I may be doing Lost ATCs soon.

You can also download LOST from iTunes to watch on your computer! One season is like $35 U.S. It was SO worth it to me! I am all caught up now and anxious for Season 3, which I will now get to watch with my DD on our fairly new widescreen HDTV! LOL! That will be much better than hunkering over my computer monitor to watch!
