What are your fave patterns for scrapping with. Personally, I adore text, in cursive, in type, in handwriting. I dont care really, just so it has letters pushed together. They can be english letters or arabic or chinese, whatver.

Good question...
And one for which I have no clear-cut answer. Kinda like with colors (I just responded to that question on another thread...), I think that what I end up using is dictated by what I'm working on. What am I drawn to? Paisleys, stuff with text, vintage things, harlequin pattern (I love those diamonds for some bizarre reason), polka dots, and anything that is highly-textured or just plain funky or distressed or grungy.

Two irresistible patterns for me are the harlequin patterns, and any paper covered with alpha or cursive. Love Jen Wilson's Elle-pha-works papers collections.

I love using shabbied up patterns...like the Basic Grey and Daisy D's which IOD sometimes resembles so I like using those type of textures. I also like patterns that look like fabrics.

Ditto for me about the patterns that look like fabrics. I forgot that when I made my list earlier...

I've realized I have a thing for florals, if they are done in a way to look somewhat masculine. I like the victorian scroll type stuff too (not sure what it's called). And stripes! I love stripes!

Stripes rock. And I like anything with swirlies or curliques on it. And a good floral is worth its weight in gold.

Ah, see, I knew you were going to say them, so I saved your fingers the trouble of typing it! :)
