Nevermore

I know a couple of people right now that are going through hard personal times. It isn't always easy to know what to say or do. But I thought of doing some ATCs that could be carried around in purse or wallet that would act like worry stones-- something you could touch and look at and hopefully be comforted. I will be working on them tonight. As I was having my morning cuppa, and planning my cards, it dawned on me that a personal "mantra" or thought or prayer or quote or WHATEVER was a neat thing to have for myself, too.
Anyone interested, please post your "comfort" ATC. I will be working on mine tonight as I said. I am thinking I might try to make my laminator work so that they really could be carried around without getting destroyed; alternatively, might try using canvas which is more durable than paper. Not sure yet.
But in these grey times, would be nice to have some positive energy going :)

This is my comfort ATC (http://www.digitalartquirks.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=4823&cat=500&ppuser=239). The willow weeps, but is balanced by the three chrysanthemums. Whatever is bad is balanced by something good and there is hope for the future.
My hard time is linked to my puppy at the moment. She was spayed and subsequently got a stitch abscess which has been very nasty and yesterday, we noticed that she has cherry eye, so she is scheduled for more surgery on Tuesday. Poor little pup, it doesn't seem fair, she is such a good little girl and has a wonderful, loving nature.

Here's my hope-for-the-pocket, Kim. Having a thoughtful friend (such as you're being with this request) is of great comfort to your friends, I'm sure.

I've been trying to think of "comforting" words to go on the comfort ATC, and finally found some that I wanted to use.
Thanks for the impromptu challenge, Kim!
