I was asked if it were an April Fool's joke that I didn't have this month's theme/sign up posted yet - no, no joke at all, just tardiness! This month's theme is by request of ruthpics - Wings - I'm sure your imagination will fly away with this one :p Wings seem to be quite popular in quirk art, espcially attached to people, but you may find yourself attaching them to animals or objects as well (or not at all) - please come play, and share with us your wing art!
If you want to play this month, send me an email (pkeflin@hotmail.com)with the subject: APRIL ATC SWAP. Please include your name, mailing address and email address (for you veterans, just reply to this thread saying you're participating...I have your info...unless it's changed). You have until midnight Eastern on April 7th to sign up. On the 8th everyone who has registered will receive a list of all the other artists with whom they will be trading. You will then have until April 30st (um, or later!) to create, print, and mail your artist trading cards to the other participants. (Keep postal rates in mind before you sign up as you are responsible for mailing the cards yourself. If we have enough participants in a particular country, we can group them together, otherwise it will be an international endeavor.) Each swap group will have no more than...um...we don't know the upper limit yet! LOL! We like big groups, but have been hovering around 8 participants each month. You may create one ATC based on the theme and replicate it for everyone or you may create unique ATCs to send out. You may also use any combination of paper and digital you like for this swap - hybrid welcome.
If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We do have a lot of information about Artist Trading Cards (http://www.digitalartquirks.com/articles/article_atc_becky_march2006.htm) in an ARTicle in our Resource section that might answer any questions you have.

Looking forward to another swap with you all!! Okay, who's in?

Bonnie, my March cards aren't out either, but I would like to join in and send out two cards at once.

Yes please count me in - even though I am `over' wings on people, esp. children and babies, I will do my best. Perhaps I could put wings on my cat LOL. :)

It's a small group! Just 6. Where are our other ATCers?! Anyway - we are a happy small group regardless aren't we?! Ladies, I did not email you with the addresses - being veterans as we are, I figure you probably have all the addresses already. If you do not, please contact me for any needed ones. Can't wait until the wing cards 'take flight' - guess they will since we send them air mail, right?!
