We're nearing the end of our Artist's Way journey, and I must admit that it's making me a little sad. I've really enjoyed getting to know all of you as we've traveled along this path.

This week, we're looking at accepting ourselves as artists, and making an inner commitment to our own success.

What are some ways you're planning on nurturing your artist in the next six months?

Five ways I plan to nurture myself in the next six months.

Continue to take an Artist's Date each week.
Sign up to attend Artiscape, An Artist's Gathering (http://europeanpapers.com/Merchant5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=EP&Category_Code=ART) this April in Columbus, Ohio to learn more about collage and mixed media arts.
Organize my craft room so that it functions more efficiently.
Start putting my art projects on my calendar, the same way I would any other project that is important to me.
Begin reading Cameron's "Walking in this World: the Practical Art of Creativity."

One loving action for myself this week: I'm going to climb into bed with my collection of Christmas magazines (with issues dating back to the early 80s) and plan my annual holiday party. It's one of my favorite activities of the season. I read cookbooks the way other people read novels. :)

I am a bit sad that this is almost over and I want to hold myself to making changes and continuing to progress.

I have had this book for a while and yes it reminds me of TAW in a lot of ways but I feel like I have not gotten through it enough to say what it will add. It probaby would be good for me to keep on the track of exploring and creating. I always look at the title and smile ;) I guess because my dh better watch out if I am marrying my muse too.

Gotta admit that it's a great title, not really descriptive of the book, but a great title, nonetheless. My favorite book title of all time is from a silly little mystery, "I Still Miss My Man, But My Aim is Getting Better." LOL
