Hello! Is there anybody around????
I haven't forgotten that i had promised to do the May challenge and I've been limbering up with a special project: a series of pages inspired by the Twitter version of Romeo and Juliet. These are faux journal pages, in character, as Juliet Capulet, so I'm trying to work in a style that an imaginative and romantic 16 year old girl might.
My challenge to you is to choose a literary character and to make a journal page in that person's "voice": anything from Alice in Wonderland to Mrs Rochester in Jane Eyre.
How about it ladies? Hope this idea will get your creative juices flowing!
I'm going to post the most recent ones now, so that you can see how I've done the journalling.

What a fantastic idea for a page, Lumi. I once took a class from Roger VonOech, author of A Whack on the Side of the Head: How You Can Be More Creative, and he led us through a creativity exercise similar to this. We had to identify a problem at work, and then pretend we were Hitler, Walt Disney, Bill Gates, etc. and solve the problem the way that they would. It was eye-opening. My guess is that this page will be, too.
