Flickr sharing downloads

Can somebody easily explain to me how you can identify photos that are available for sharing on the Flickr site? I have been using stock.xchng which has lists artists policy with each photo.

Rotfl, because I was going to reply to try to help you and was sighing at thinking of all the verbiage it would take! I asked that same question myself on the Flickr board (I don't think it is painfully obvious!). I know that lots of people are huge Flickr fans and I have found some lovely stuff there but truthfully, because it is unmoderated, the quality is all over the map. You have to "get by the board" on StockExchange and so, overall, even if I am not crazy about all of the photos, the quality tends to be pretty high.

Are you talking about the FlickR Collage group? Everything there is for artists to use. Not sure about commercial use though...

I was referring to the main Flickr site. Didn't realize there was a specific collage group will check them out.
