Ugh... least favorite part?

I LOVE digital collage and scrapbooking, don't get me wrong, but there is one part of the artform I HATE...

SCANNING.

I hate it. I don't have a reason to hate it - I have an awesome scanner, it's fairly quick on each page, and the list goes on - but I really hate scanning. I put it off for days, weeks, months even! I'm in that stage now - I have TONS of stuff to scan, but I just keep looking at the gray box with disgust. Ugh.

Anyway, anybody else have a least favorite part? Color schemes are my next nemesis... but maybe you hate "cutting" things out, printing finished designs, or something else. Sombody have something they don't like! :)

Tammy, I'm the same way about scanning. I have a whole drawer of old magazines, postcards and letters waiting for me to scan them. Aside from that, I pretty much love everything else about digital collage.

Sticky stuff always seems to stick the wrong bits together or attack my hands and desk instead of behaving and sticking paper and card.

Anything that's tedious, like scanning and printing and organizing is getting on my nerves these days. I just want to create! But I know I have to keep on top of the "admin" part or one day I will be completely overwhelmed!

Printing! I HATE to do it! I procrastinate for months (just ask my ATC groups)! LOL! Have you seen the new digital photo frames (http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Spectrum-USB-Photo-Frame/dp/B000087BHC)? You just put your digital pictures straight in them and they play them in a slideshow. I think I may get some of those to set around and I will NEVER have to print a thing. Perhaps someone could invent a nice 12x12 plasma one I could hang on the wall!

The digital photo frames are good, I have one. I would love a larger one, but they are SO expensive... and don't be seduced by the fact that some have battery power as well as mains, the battery only lasts about 20 minutes on full charge.

My daughter gave me one of the digital frames for Christmas. They're pretty cool. Right now, mine's full of pictures of my grandson, but I may have to fill it up with Quirk art.
